About me

I am a founding partner and the creative director at W+W Design, a small but accomplished cross-disciplinary agency in Santa Cruz, California.

Whether I’m designing products for the digital world or creating experiences for 3D life, I can work as easily with startups launching out of stealth mode as I can with Fortune 500 companies launching global product or brand initiatives.

I’ve created mobile and desktop applications, data visualization tools, and digital workflows. I have transformed warehouses for international trade shows, and have designed retail product packaging and in-store displays for tech companies and global food producers.

I have partnered with engineering teams, built and managed design and development teams, and, when needed, have embedded with in-house teams, all to ensure that my work is executed with the highest degree of detail and delivered on time and within budget.

I hold a BFA in product design from Parsons School of Design. Parsons was one of the first design schools to incorporate user-centric ideas and usability analysis into their curriculum, and I learned the ideate-prototype-test design process from principals of Smart Design, the pioneering firm behind OXO Good Grips ergonomic products. I continue to use that process every day in my work.
